Geoff: An intriguing question! According to the aforementioned source: "To be quoted, a market maker, not the company, normally needs to file a Form 211 with the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., OTC Compliance Unit." "...a market maker, not the company...," they say! This source raises more questions than it answers vis a vis FIRE, its overdue listing on the OTC BB, and the alleged recalcitrance of NASD in this matter. Welcome to Byzantium.
