Non-tech is not happy yet. Look at the Dow off the top (say, 30min) and you see: 1: DOWN 2: up/down/up (a flat) This setup projects down to continue the leg. Dow is now testing the lows for the 3rd time. I am in the weeds still as I have not given up on my favoured little up to finish this mess. If the Dow falls out here, I'll have to give shorty a shot.
