I don't know about anything running well with QCharts. I'd be skeptical, because of all the reported problems with the servers. Metastock's real-time program runs well with eSignal, I'm told, and eSignal's feed is very reliable. QCharts can't hold a candle to eSignal when it comes to reliability, and eSignal's charting program is going to get a lot better, I hear.

Did I hear Cramer saying he thought the economic data looked good this morning? What a laugh. It was amusing watching Maria breathlessly report the news of an impending MSFT settlement. What a circus. The futures went up to something like +55. The high-wire act, ya know.

Briefing.com: "Personal consumption plunged 1.8% in September, weaker than the -1.0% consensus but not a shock given the huge decline in Retail Sales in September... Personal income was unchanged vs the 0.1% consensus... Jobless claims fell 10K to 499K in the Oct 27 week."

NAPM out at 10 a.m. That could move the market one way or the other, needless to say.
