Of course not. And those that are could only be considered quasi-union members, like postal employees. There's no reason that the federalized baggage handlers would have to be unionized. Bottom line is that Armey is jeopardizing America's security by playing politics with this issue. But should we expect anything other from (woof-woof) the ultra-right-wing attack dogs in the House?
