Agreed, but that's a BIG if.

Anyway, I'm just asking the question. I think some of the people who are most vociferous about getting Saddam are doing so because of their dual loyalty. I think Saddam knows that as soon as he attacks the U.S. in any way, he is history. At that point, the U.S. replaces sanctions with tanks.
