Michail,

Support for your idea that when shares become available to short after a squeeze, it is time to in fact borrow them.

I've been shorting WEBX via sold calls. During the latest run, someone exercised one, last Wednesday. It took several days for my broker to find the 100 shares to "flatten" my position. That was Monday, and the stock's performance since speaks for itself. Talk about brinksmanship with your broker . . . The reorg dept. told me Friday that they couldn't find shares and threatened to flatten the position themselves if I didn't do it Monday. I waited, because WEBX had already begun its slide, but not without a bit of sweat. However, I suspect insiders are back to their old habits now. Thanks to that, I am

Short and Strong again, Tuck

Edit: So does anyone know of a similar situation right now? Should I start a thread?
