ENI's February agreement with a major OEM

With MKS' recent emphasis on selling a higher proportion of integrated solutions, I suspect that this "leading manufacturer of semiconductor equipment" is already an MKS customer:

I searched some of Emerson's SEC filings but could find no details about ENI's customers. By coincidence, ENI was part Astec (BSR) plc which was acquired by Emerson (completed Q2 1999). I have no idea what the BSR stands for. Hopefully we won't be acquiring Astec Industries; not much synergy with road building equipment. <g>

Emerson has taken steps this year to consolidate their power systems businesses, and ENI may not have fit in with their plans, which seem to be geared more towards network power. Emerson has a slew of divisions and subsidiaries. The structure is very confusing - sort of like the old Thermo, so I'm not sure I've got it right.
