PDG has been looking awfully strong of late. CRB has bounced off support. Should be in for a nice countertrend rally. House update: Put a lowball bid in for a house last wk. It was soundly rejected. Owner wants Mo Money. We'll see if they can get it.... I betting they can't at the moment. Lower rates haven't really stimulated the RE market here yet.
