Hi Brian, Sikhs are from northern India but not too many are in Kashmir. The majority of Sikhs are in Punjab. Most of the terrorists in Kashmir (if not all) are Muslim.

You're right a terrorist could easily dress up like a Sikh to commit a horrible deed. The turbans definitely need to be checked but in a respectful way.

Also Sikhs are not immune from having terrorists in their community. There used to be alot of Sikh terrorists in the Punjab but that problem was dealt with really well by the Indian government and most of the terrorists are now in jail.
