Hey Chris, how have you been? Great article! So many never understand the volitility/trend cycle. I have had a number of trialers in the room ask me all kinds of esoteric T/A questions. They always are taken aback when I describe the simplicity of most of my trades. They get bound up with setups and indicators and lose sight of the reasons why the market acts a certain way. The most fun for me is when a tape reading client upgrades membership to the T/A room as well. They tack on the tapereading skills as they watch the stocks react to T/A areas. That "trade what you see" mentality adds so much to their skill set. They enter because they see support manifesting itself, not because the macd crossed, or the price touched the moving average. It's such a powerfull hybrid between styles. Would you mind if I post the link to your article on the T/A thread? Subject 51014 I think many would find it helpful. We have been talking a lot in the room about how to keep the profits from the runup, staying safe during the whipsaws..... This would be a great addition to the conversation...
