3:44PM AOL Time Warner (AOL) 32.90 +1.80 (+5.8%): -- Update -- Company announces executive changes. Appoints its current CFO Michael Kelly to the post of Chief Operating Officer. Wayne Pace, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administration Officer of Turner Broadcasting Systems, will succeed Kelly in the CFO role at AOL. Appears that early rumor not exactly accurate; the CFO is being moved up rather than stepping down.
