Richard, I spoke to the CFO of CMOS On July 9. The company is currently in a "quiet peroid" at this time. The CFO suggested that if one had any questions to contact Gunnar Miller (212) 713-2510. Mr. Miller is the Paine Webber analyst who downgraded the entire sector last week. The company had a conference call approximately 10 days ago which discussed the recent management changes at CMOS. I would suggest that you contact Julie in investor relations (510) 623-4702 to listen to a recording of the conference call. Wilmer Bottoms was promoted to CEO. James Healy no longer is the CEO, but is still President. I thought you might find it interesting that Mr. Bottoms bought 10,000 shares of the stock at 17 1/2 on the open market. Good luck to you
