Paul, I agree that instabilities on Windows XP really puts AMD at a disadvantage. AMD was counting on aggressively selling up with Windows XP, and already they are starting out on the defensive. It's pretty unacceptable on their part to let a web site like Tom's to come in contact with a motherboard that does not have stable drivers (assuming we give AMD the benefit of the doubt, and blame the other parts of the system). Their marketing department should be keeping close contact with web pages like Tom's Hardware, and make sure that only AMD certified equipment goes on the pages for review. Amazing that this slipped by them (or maybe not so amazing, considering some of their other recent marketing moves <g>).
