Correction, YOU can find out, if you want to try.

But I would submit you are not qualified. Only those involved over there can solve their own problems.

Why is that such a hard concept? It seems the entire world wants the US to solve their problems, pay for their issues, be attacked, and like it, all at the same time.

Yes, stop funding others, paying for "well-meaning" or outright hypocritical activities, etc etc. The only support should be food, and that's it, other than self-defense through the military and programs to rescure nuclear and WMD materials from various countries and dispose of it, in our own (and the ROW's) self-defense.
