Well, as you probaly already know, I was not actually referring to you or me, but to our representatives.

Dollars...you don't know the half of it.

When those countries do not work with their populations, it comes back on us, so we have to guide them and those skills we have. We also have incentives, but I am not keen on bribery, but that always seems to raise it's ugly head.
