Israel was given their land from land that was won in a war.

No, first they bought the land (with the agreement of the Turks, then the British and Emir Feisal), then there was a UN partition resolution, then there was a war when the Arabs rejected the partition and invaded.

Len only likes to remember the resolutions against Israel. Note: All the Arab states rejected 242 for many years because it spoke of the right of all countries to live within secure boundaries.
