Hopefully we won't be acquiring Astec Industries; not much synergy with road building equipment. Sure!...Don't they have plasmas every 40 miles or so? <groan> Quite a coinky dink about Astec. Maybe they have an interest in pre-Colombian cultures? Too much Halloween candy... I think I've got an inkling about who the "leading manufacturer of semiconductor equipment" is. Will L., I don't know about the diamond/hard carbon films. At first everyone was looking into it then the last I heard it was only used as crash protection on flying head disk drives?!? JF
