Juan you wrote that "Pasquale, also said the price rise is NOT because of the Bandai/7th level agreement, but rather the markets perception of confidence in that 7th level management is trying to get themselves out of this whole."

What hogwash. Pasquale's no better judge of why the stock went up than anyone on this board. Also you should keep in mind that Pasquale is not a neutral observer. He is paid to put a spin on events. The spin here is that Wall Street suddenly has great confidence in this management. You don't have to have a PH.D in statistics, however, to conclude that the stock's rise was caused by the announcement of the Bandai/7th Level agreement. If you'll recall, it was immediately after the announcement that the stock started to move.

I've spoken to Pasquale, too. The most useful thing I got from him was a free CD of a children's game. My kids loved it and I was very impressed with the graphics. If you have kids, give him another call, he may still have another copy lying around. If I could find the CD, I'd tell you the name, but my impression was he had copies of only one game to distribute.
