Which comments? There is nothing wrong with the govt canceling new issuance of 30-year bond if they think that it is a way to save money. There doesn't need to be a sinister explanation. There is a strong possibility that whoever suggests such things is a clown. There is a place for such conspiracy theorists - with the mullahs who think that Israelis were behind the Sep 11 attacks. The reach for the highs was suggested by Velo as a possibility though even I don't think it is likely in a year/2year time frame. But then again stranger things have happened. You should be less clownish and be clearer about your statements. GO ahead, ban me!
