wanna_bmw,

I have an Atlon 700Mhz system. I have a Pentium III 750Mhz system. Both work fine, the MS OS is the weakest link. I dual boot Linux on one machine and Solaris x86 on the other.

In my observations, Intel only sells routers because they are much cheaper than the Cisco equivalent. I assume most Intel supporters agree AMD CPUs are cheaper because they are not as good as Intel processors. If we were to apply that same logic to Intel's routers, then I must assume Intel's routers are not as good as Cisco routers because of their lower price.

Then everyone should avoid Intel routers because they are too cheap and unreliable? I've had no problems using Intel routers, but intellibees' arguments against lower cost AMD CPUs seem entertaining when applied to your own products.

:)

Did everyone get their free computer last year?

Steve
