Truthfully, I'd trust Cisco with my routers, and that's for the same reason why I'd trust Intel with my CPUs. That is, until Intel can prove that they are more trustworthy in that market.

P.S. On a related note, I trust Intel's ethernet cards. There's no good reason why I would trust their NICs more than I would their routers, except for their reputation, and my personal experiences with those excellent products.
