Bullish outside key reversals in the DOW, SP's, and Value Line.....
Value line is probably the most important....

Bars should carry higher for a couple of more days, but
the recent SPX high of 1110 should be a hard rock.
Might go short if the signals are right.

Would be nice to see it become support.

Lets see what happens...!
