IIRC, Frank Völkel wrote around February (or was it March?) in the German part of Tom's Hardware Guide that P4 systems can be had for cheaper and being a better value than AMD systems - which was a *ridiculous* statement at that time (no P4 price cuts so far). After massive protests from readers Tom made an intervention and called this statement not true. Frank Völkel was urged to publicly apologize for having written an incorrect article.
