Dobek purchased a portion of the control block of shares of Olympia Energy Inc. from Mr. Salamon in 1992. Since then, he has been responsible for the Company’s exploration and development activities. Mr. Dobek’s twenty-five year career started in 1974 with Chevron Standard Ltd. followed by employment with Gulf Canada Resources Inc., and Omega Hydrocarbons Ltd.

GLEN A. YERYK (Calgary, Alberta):

for 21 years during his employment at Coles Gilbert Associates Ltd. as Chairman and President. Mr. Coles gained
petroleum operating company experience during the period of 1964-1973 with Hudson's Bay Oil and Gas Company,
Aquitaine Company of Canada Ltd. and Pennant Puma Oils Ltd. Mr. Coles earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum
Engineering with Honors from the University of Wyoming in 1969. Mr. Coles is a registered Professional Engineer
in the Province of Alberta and is also a member of the Petroleum Society of the Canadian Institute of Mining,
Metallurgy and Petroleum.
