It does almost nothing strategically/militarily. The Iraqi Army would disagree. It had them surrendering to sea gulls. as soon as the dust cleared from one explosion the Talo Beanz jumped in their trucks and were driving around, conducting business as usual in between bombing runs. They were the ones not buried by rubble or blown into a million pieces. <gg> PM back to ya.
