I think I can understand the reluctance of some to want to find some sort of home grown "nutball" connection to the bioterror. Necessarily, if the anthrax is linked to Iraq, there will be another Gulf War. And US policy is such that any biowarfare by Iraq puts all options on the table. The stakes are huge.
