Boies is an amazing legal whore. After trying to destroy the economy by attacking MSFT and trying to destroy the country by attacking Bush, the guy was just hired to represent DISH network (Echostar) in their takeover of Direct TV. He's going to argue the deal DOESN'T violate antitrust regs this time.
