One point to make is that this time may be somewhat different than '98 or '96 because of the extremely weak economy. Note I am not saying there will be no recovery, only that it may make its appearance later since, although inventories are close to being worked off by almost all accounts, demand remains the one unknown. At the same time, it must be noted that the influx of capital into the system is unprecendented so the recovery may not be so different from '98 after all. Regards, Brian
