Komag (KMAG) 23 9/16 -1: disk drive components supplier expects 2nd qtr results to fall shy of analysts' expectations, due to weaker demand for Enterprise Class disk drives; expects 2Q EPS to fall below analysts' estimates of $0.45 a share and the $0.33 reported for the 1Q, while revenues rise slightly above 1Q's $167.24 mln; expects 3rd and 4th qtr EPS to be below 1st and 2nd qtr levels; says Seagate (SEG 33 5/8 -1 7/8) cut 2nd-half orders sharply; sees SEG orders falling to 15% of revenues in the 2nd qtr from 31% in the 1st qtr; company was expected to earn $0.63 a share for the 3rd qtr vs yr-ago's $0.31 a share ....
