Razor: Thank's for your input. The pipeline will not get built until the gas sales contracts are signed, that's definitely true. Chevrons project manager, John Powell, is confident that the contracts will be signed this autumn. Chevron recently made this project one of their 5 global top priority projects. A question: The fact that consortiums are tendering to build and operate the pipeline (cut off date for bids June 16), do you think this means the pipeline will perhaps/ probably/ certainly be built? Or can it still be highly uncertain? Your Man in Sweden
