my understanding of what you were going to do was start giving a lot of quotes from the koran, which most people would view as preaching.
but you can do that, I don't care. I am not really religious, so to me one religion is no better or worse than another, generally speaking.
non believers aren't defaming islam, it seems the believers are the ones doing that. when a religion and it's members advocate killing others as their modus operendi., IMO that religion loses all credibilty and should expect to be criticized.
the talibans may be the vocal branch, but the the muslims that "stay quiet" about it all share in the "guilt" of their actions, and are contributors. doing and saying nothing is doing something.
the muslims are the ones that are defining this as a non muslim vs muslim affair. if they continue to do that, eventually the rest of the world will begin to go along with that train of thought.
if that happens, if I was a muslim, I would think seriously about preparing myself to make the final trip, because while there may 1 billion muslims on the planet, there are 5 billion that aren't.
so as a matter of self preservation, if nothing else, the muslims of the world should consider re-evaluating the whole thing and start to think about the path they seem to be going down.
