OK wanna, I'll agree to that. Just next time you talk about you have to make that distinction otherwise any lurkers here might get the wrong idea. AMD is trying by having an AMD approved MB/Power Supply/cooling solution list on their website. Unfortunately, most AMD boards out there cater to overclockers ( whether the user actually overclocks does not matter ) and the fact is that setting the wrong thing in the bios will cause problems.I think motherboard manufacturers should ship bioses which default to safe settings and only allow you to mess with other settings after answering a lot of annoying prompts. My wife's computer's bios is like that and it's rock solid. I couldn't break it if I tried. My computer's bios allows me to do anything I want and I can easily make my computer unstable. Don't forget that there are a lot of VIA based boards for Pentiums out there and those can be made unstable also. Maybe AMD and Intel can force MB manufacturers to ship with safe bioses by not approving a MB unless it's stupid-proof.
