Hi TC,

Thanks for the information on ZoneAlarm. Sounds easy enough that even I may be able to use it. Are you using the freebee? I agree completely on MedVed. Been using it since Jerry started with early beta last year and it does everything I need. I use Fido so I have that as a backup particularly for option quotes.

As far as NetBUEI, I just don't like the idea of my file sharing bound to the TCP/IP. Old fashioned I guess, but it also gives me a small challenge, as well as and excuse to bug all you experts on this thread.<gg>

I have only had XP since last Sunday and so far no warnings or errors. Of course I had Win Me on all three machines since the day it was introduced and had very little trouble with it. Many feel that it was the buggiest OS Micrsoft ever had. I have been very lucky I guess, but I have used them all since 3.1 with no major problems, most of which were self induced.<g>
