Wanna, Re: you might want to question Intel's hardware setup, rather than accusing them of lying. So you'd find it okay if AMD claimed that an 1.53 GHz Athlon XP is twice as fast as a 2 GHz P4 on many applications? Maybe they just used i845 boards with PC133 CL3 SDRAM for the P4 testing. Intel and especialyl Otellini isn't dumb and he clearly knew that he didn't tell exactly the truth when he was making his statement. But maybe he thought that he just was exaggerating a little bit.
