Stephen, just to add a few items to your list of why PAIR is attractive -- the stock is cheap compared to other companies on a P/E basis implying that a stock swap is very attractive to them. About 15% of the value of the stock is in tangible net worth (around $2.61/share). There is no debt and the company is cash rich. The market cap is only about 1.1 billion, so a combination cash and stock deal is certainly doable. If I were shopping for an acquisition this is just the kind of company I'd be looking for.
