They were delisted for reasons not including the share price falling under $1. It seems that NASDAQ didn't find their "finances" up to standard. You have to read between the lines because the information concerning the delistment isn't detailed.

Here's a little piece of friendly advice, which you didn't ask for. Just because someone tells you things you'd like to believe doesn't make it accurate or true.
