"This was human behavior having nothing to do with any affiliation" Probably so. I agree with your assessment about a family spat. But unions do frequently resort to violence when they don't get their way. And in this case that is what happened. They wanted to set the terms of how many should be at the sight and decided to overrule their superiors with violence. Against their own local counterparts no less. An ugly situation that we all wish did not happen. But I feel pretty strongly that they should not have done it, and should be held accountable. Certainly not done because they are in a union, but sympatamtic of union behavior (or pack mentality?).
