Well, it will be up to the people who were supposedly saved from genocide to either vindicate Clinton or not. The KLA has documented connections to al-Qaeda. But, the latest reports I have read are that the Muslims in that region are pro-America. I think what you will find on this thread is that it is not our fault. Clinton may have been afraid to start a war. But that does not mean this is his fault.
