PCCW unit signs MoU with Asia Online HK liquidators on customer referrals 08:58 02-NOV-2001 Pacific Century CyberWorks Ltd's (0008-HK)internet data centre service, PCCW Powerbase Data Centre Services (HK) Ltd, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the provisional liquidators of Asia Online (Hong Kong) Ltd whereby the latter will refer former AOL customers to PCCW Powerbase. The proposed agreement will contain an exclusive referral period of one month. Both parties will provide AOL customers with information and technical support in the transfer of their services to PCCW Powerbase. AOL customers will be given co-location and internet access services under similar terms and conditions if they migrate to PCCW Powerbase, the statement added. ww5.e-finet.com
