I also think he understood that it was really out of his hands. Lot of prayers went his way.

Another example, Ashcroft, who is a man of strong faith in God, lost his election to a dead man. It was unfathomable to many. But, God had such a bigger job for him, and now we see it. He was not out for the count. He is really being used for the US in such a bigger way, bigger than we imagined.

Things are not always what they seem. Bush is grounded as a person, and that helped him in the election process.
