I really don't know what the common opinion of Muslims of who can make a legitimate call for Jihad is... and that is irrelevant really because it might be misguided... I would like Muslims to be better knowledgeable of Islam to discern who can and cannot make such a call...and stand up for whomever makes an illegitimate call and debunk it... regards amein
