Al, I'll take Offshore Systems - OSI , my fall favorite, again.

This company is uniquely positioned to take advantage of the move to electronic charts in marine navigation, especially among coast guards and NATO navies. The volume of contract awards has picked up lately with the following new business announcements:

Nov 1 - Cdn Govt posts ACAN (Advance Contract Award Notice) on www.merx.com. This should result in a contract announcement in about 4 weeks. The amount is not given, but I estimate somewhere betwen $3M and $7M, most likely $6M over 3 years.
Oct 31 - US Coast Guard: $800K
Oct 25 - appoints Keane Securities as U.S. investment banker
Oct 23 - US Coast Guard issues blanket Purchase Order
Oct 18 - US Navy Surface Warfare Officer's School - no price announced, I estimate $500K to $600K - this is a VERY important commitment
Oct 15 - Canadian Navy, $450K to equip the ships heading to the Afghan war
Oct 9 - appoint Bluefile Partners to cultivate U.S. investors
Sept 24 - US Navy orders 2 systems price not given, my estimate $300K
Aug 13 - Danish Navy fleet-wide $5M

The strategy is to get listed on Nasdaq probably within the next year,
to raise working capital probably via a PP or a US IPO,
to partner with a major military contractor, like Lockheed, real soon.

I don't know in which specific week this stock will move, but if I pick it for the rest of this year I will get a lot of top 5 finishes.

EDIT: There is also a possibility that OSI's technology may be adaptable to aerial a/o ground warfare.
