Yes, my shares are held in street name by Waterhouse. I got the paperwork but don't see any advantage in responding to the offer Vs. just selling them outright. The last market price of $9.47 plus a $15 sales commission makes it a wash to sell 300 shares because there is a $25 administrative fee applied to tendered shares by Waterhouse (my broker). Are other brokers charging this $25 admin fee?

However anyone selling outright will not realize any additional benefit in the unlikely event of another increase in the amount offered for tendered shares.
