The Taliban is like Nazism under hitler. Their are a few extremists at the top and many lieutenants who have no honor and just go along as it's power to go and death or poverty not to. It takes a lot of sheep to have a Taliban. So to me the term "leaders" is not what you or I would think of as leaders. I'd say those in charge. There could be a spy or a fanatic. But I'd expect that the government as a whole will be taken down and hopefully some leadership can be put in place to make the place better. But the ability of binnie and his boys to have an open non hostile place to plan and train will be ended. Also the US will turn many and I expect infiltrate binnies group. I'd expect over the course of a year or two the complete eradication of almost all of the terror groups. Also the ability to plan and carry out attacks like 911 will be eliminated.
