the people who think God chose Bush. I know that there are many who believe in fate, that the future of our country is either set or is in God's hands and that makes them feel a lot less responsible for the actual outcomes of decisions. This is dangerous as it strengthens the most radical elements. Pretty soon any event can be interpreted as either God's plan or one of God's trials on the path to salvation. How do you think a minority like the Taliban gains control of a whole country anyway? I think many people should get a tattoo on their forehead written so it can be seen in the mirror which says "I don't know what God is planning for today" and then live their day accordingly. TP
