So after several notes insisting I identify countries that might be as good as the good ole USA, I take the time to write a detailed answer but you retreat with the lame reason that "your mommy told you so" when asked for details on your own convictions. I would conclude from your reticence that you have little experience outside US borders.

I would also guess that your definition of a whiney, elitist ingrate is a person you would allow has some intelligence but who has an opinion different than yours.
