Dear Charles: lets face it, no one, not even MSFT investors thinks for one minute Gates is trustworthy. But he is successful. Frankly, much as I dislike the guy and much as I detest their business practices I think it not wise for SUNW to sue MSFT again unless they got a specific complaint specifically related to SUNW and some pirating or stealing of SUNW's product. The world has proven that Success is more important than integrity. I listened to Scotty on a show the other day and he was descibing how poor this settlement is for everyone BUT MSFT and even the business reporter didnt GET IT. Scotty did his part, he TRIED to tell the world the truth, trouble is NO ONE IS LISTENING. I dont think this is GWB fault, I think it is JUST THE WAY IT IS. JDN
