dear j-f sloppy, did you read the article you posted. It confirmed exactly every fact reported by the gentlemen who was fired. To remove a person because he did not ask permission to recite the pledge. No one it appears but ms marshall took offense at the pledge and what it a Mayor say when asked his opinion. Mayor Sam Arca of Guadalupe didn't want to comment because he works with Ms. Marshall on the Santa Barbara Association of Governments. "Why shoot yourself in the foot?" he said.
