That's not true. I saw a man that went to war in haiti and lost no lives. I saw a man go to war in Bosnia and again, american lives were priority number one. European leader were reluctant to engage militarily in Bosnia, when a genocide was occuring. Clinton did something. Clinton engaged world leaders in debate, Bush Jr. scoffed at them, though he's changed his tune. Recall Bush Jr. had no interest in particpating with world leaders about creating controls for biological weapons, now he's canvassing them to agree to controls. Clinton endlessly strived to bring conflicting sides together in the middle east. Clinton raised rich peoples taxes, Bush lowers them.
