Charles,

I agree with you in that the small-investor will be the last one left
behind with empty pockets. As you said these money managers say something
and do something else. They may have freed up some cash and sold into
today's small rally without telling anyone. I think most of the damage
is already done to the NASDAQ. But I do think that NASDAQ will be moving
into a lower trading range in August(1105-1145).

Who knows?? We'll see.

I still like CSCC & PAIR. They still have momentum.
